Effective: June 5, 2026 · Last updated: June 5, 2026
CleanPro Gloucester ("CleanPro", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us when you request an estimate, book a service, or contact us:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address (optional)
- Town and (when relevant) service address
- The cleaning service you're interested in and any details you share about your space
Information collected automatically when you visit the Site:
- IP address, device type, browser, referring URL
- Pages visited and time spent
- Cookie identifiers from tools described in our Cookie Policy (Meta/Facebook Pixel and similar)
2. How we use it
- To respond to estimate requests, schedule and perform services, and communicate about jobs in progress.
- To send you appointment reminders, follow-ups, invoices, and customer service messages.
- To improve our website and understand how visitors find and use it.
- To run advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and measure its effectiveness via the Meta Pixel — only after you give cookie consent.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share with
- Netlify — hosts the website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram) — receives hashed or pseudonymized identifiers via the Meta Pixel for advertising analytics, only when you have accepted marketing cookies.
- Zernio — the Meta Marketing Partner platform we use to manage our Facebook / Instagram organic posts and paid advertising.
- Housecall Pro — our scheduling and customer record system. After you submit an estimate request or call us, we enter your booking and service details into Housecall Pro to schedule and manage your job. Housecall Pro is not embedded in this website and receives no information directly from the Site.
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, insurance) when reasonably required.
- Law enforcement or regulators when legally compelled.
We do not share your information with anyone outside the categories above for any other purpose.
4. Children's privacy & users under 18
This Site and our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over who are arranging cleaning services for themselves, their family, or a business they represent.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- We do not knowingly market to anyone under 16, in line with comparable international standards (e.g., GDPR Article 8).
- If you are under 18, please do not submit personal information through this Site without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
- If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at info@cpcleanpro.com and we will delete it promptly.
5. Marketing communications
If you've requested service from us, we may send occasional marketing emails or SMS messages about CleanPro promotions or recurring service reminders. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or emailing us.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — typically the longer of (a) three years from your last interaction with us, or (b) any period required by Massachusetts law for tax and business records. Form submissions that don't result in a customer relationship are retained for up to 12 months.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. Our website is served over HTTPS; passwords for internal systems are managed with industry-standard hashing; access is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information (where we don't need it for a legal or contractual reason)
- Opt out of marketing
- Withdraw cookie consent at any time (clear your browser cookies or change preferences below)
To exercise any of these rights, email info@cpcleanpro.com or call (978) 281-3939. We respond within thirty (30) days.
California residents: The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you additional rights including the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your information.
9. International visitors
CleanPro operates in Massachusetts. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the U.S., which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
